Exchanges and Returns

We want you to love every piece you receive from PHAM Store. If something is not right, we make it easy to return or exchange.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• With all tags attached

• In the original packaging

Final sale items, intimates, and custom orders are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer size or colour exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a full refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at returns@phamstore.com with your order number and reason for return

2. Our team will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 2 business days

3. Package your item securely and send it to the address provided

4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@phamstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve it at no cost to you.

International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a tracked service.
